Distance and Hybrid learning have made our technology resources even more important this year. The library team wants all students to be successful and confident in their ability to solve problems and advocate for their needs regarding the use of technology. This resource is your first stop when you have questions about your SurfacePro device, your login information, platform functionality etc.

Here are the steps to take when you experience an issue with your technology.

 1. Look through this entire document to see if your issue is covered. 

2. If you have tried the recommended steps and you are still having the problem, call 714-730-7414x87103 or email szambon@tustin.k12.ca.us the library staff for assistance.

3. Follow the steps provided by the library staff.

4. If the issue still isn’t resolved, we will make an appointment for you to bring your device into the library to get your problem resolved.
