Orchard Hills Enrollment Information

Enrollment at Orchard Hills 2018-19 for NEW incoming Kindergarten-Eighth Grade

Online enrollment opens for the 2018-19 school year on Monday, February 26^th, 2018. This is for students new to Orchard Hills and not currently attending a TUSD school. The Orchard Hills office will be open for acceptance of completed enrollment documents for incoming Kindergarten through Fifth grades from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Click here to go to the TUSD Website for online enrollment. Once all online enrollment information is complete, bring the enrollment confirmation sheet and all required documents to Orchard Hills to finalize your enrollment.

Kindergarten

Kindergarten scheduling of Early Bird (EB) or Late Bird (LB) classes will be done through a lottery process. At your enrollment appointment, you will fill out a lottery form requesting either EB or LB. The last day to fill out a Lottery Card will be on March 14^th. The Lottery Cards will be drawn on March 15^th. Results will be posted on the office window the next day. After March 14^th, EL/LB assignments will be made based on space availability.

Transitional Kindergarten

Orchard Hills does not have a TK program on site. However, if Orchard Hills is your home school, you will complete your enrollment process at Orchard Hills. Follow the same procedures above.
