Your student* has been issued a Tustin Unified School District iPad for use during the 2020-21 school year. (*Please note: If you have not picked up a TUSD device, one has been reserved for your student. You can make an appointment to pick up on the Heritage website.   If a student is new to TUSD or is issued a replacement device, for a previously uninsured device, the family has 15 days to purchase a new insurance policy on the device. They will need an access code to obtain insurance through the School Device Coverage Insurance portal.  Please email Mrs. Del at hdelcrognale@tustin.k12.ca.us to request a code.

During the online Data Confirmation Process, you signed the TUSD Acceptable Use of Technology Agreement (AUP).  Included in that Agreement is your acceptance of “full financial responsibility for replacement of the District (TUSD) issued device due to loss, damage or theft.” 

 This includes the following: TUSD iPad, iPad Case, Charging Cord and Charging Block

We encourage all parents to purchase the TUSD sponsored School Device Coverage Student iPad Insurance.  The insurance costs $32 for the entire school year and covers all repair or replacement costs for the iPad (no deductibles or co-pays)  (Insurance does not cover accessories: cord, charging block, case damage, keyboard damage).
