Hooray for Senior Ads!
Dear Parents:
Senior ads are a great way to celebrate the commencement of your child’s high school years. You can include photos of your child growing up, family and friends, momentous occasions, and a personal message. To ensure that your ad turns out well, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES...
STEP 1: Select your ad size from the chart below. Once we have received your photos and message, we will design your student’s ad. If you would like to design the ad yourself, please submit a high resolution .jpg or .pdf file via email, CD, or flash drive using the dimensions listed below. (Note: We cannot accept Publisher or Powerpoint files. Please save final artwork as a .pdf or .jpg file.)
STEP 2: Fill out order form below completely. Please write clearly and spell your student’s name exactly how you want it to appear in the ad. Include your contact information in case there are questions.
STEP 3: Submit order form and payment in an envelope to the school (address at bottom of order form). If you submit your ad via email, please be sure to bring payment to the front office. If you would like your photos or CD returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
Photos & message can be submitted via email.
Please submit HI RESOLUTION .jpg images to foothillseniorads@gmail.com
(put your child’s name in subject line).

✔PAYMENT MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ORDER (Check made out to “Foothill High School Yearbook” )
✔PHOTOS WILL BE RETURNED JUNE 4, 2023 (Be sure to include a self-addressed STAMPED envelope!)
✔LET US DO THE WORK OR DESIGN IT YOURSELF

Make check payable to “Foothill High School Yearbook”. Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you want your photos returned. Place your photos and message in an envelope and submit to:

or hand-deliver to Mrs. Dehn’s box in the front office.
Full payment is due when ad is submitted. Any outstanding balances may result in Parent Ad being dropped.
