Please print your complete legal name exactly as it will appear on your high school diploma and be recorded in the commencement program. Your diploma is a legal document, so it must state your legal name.  

(Note: Nicknames and other preferred names can be used during the diploma presentation. A “reader card” will be given to everyone at graduation practice.)
