1)  The cost is $40 for the school year. Parking permits will expire at the end of the school year; they are non-transferable and non-refundable. The parking permit price will not be pro-rated or refunded if lost, stolen, a student leaves FHS or if the permit is revoked due to disciplinary reasons.

_______ (student initial)

3)  All vehicles parked on school grounds must be registered with the school and must display a current parking permit. Please attach your parking permit to the front windshield on the inside lower left.  If you change cars please move the permit to the new car; we do not have replacement permits.

_______ (student initial)

4)  Parking is strictly limited to the student parking lots. If you park illegally (fire lanes, faculty lot, parking in a reserved spot, making your own parking spot, etc.), you will be called out of class to immediately move your car and you may be subject to disciplinary action as determined by Administration.

_______ (student initial)

2)  We do not have enough parking spots on campus to handle all student vehicles. While we try not to oversell our spaces, buying a permit does not guarantee a parking spot.  Additional parking may be found on Dodge Avenue & Foothill Blvd.  Pay attention to no parking signs, driveways, and do not park at the church across the street nor the school near the tennis courts.

_______ (student initial)

5)  Students will not have access to the parking lot during school hours. Cars are not to be used as lockers. You may not request to retrieve anything from your car during the school day.  No loitering will be allowed in the parking lot at any time.

_______ (student initial)

6)  Campus parking lot speed limit is 5 MPH. Any form of reckless driving or speeding will result in the loss of parking privileges.  Additionally, complaints from the Foothill community of speeding, reckless driving, and parking violations on the street may be investigated by Foothill Administration and/or the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

_______ (student initial)

7)  Neither TUSD nor Foothill High School are responsible for the vehicle or its contents. We do not have security cameras on the parking lots. If theft or collision occur, please call the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

_______ (student initial)

8) Transferring permits to unauthorized vehicles or exchanging permits with unauthorized persons will result in the loss of parking privileges.

_______ (student initial)

9)  Students who leave campus without permission or provide transportation for other students who do not have permission will lose parking privileges.

10)  Seniors with lunch privilege may leave campus for lunch, but may not transport students in grades 9-11 for any reason.
