Records

Current students can request transcripts or records at their current school of attendance or enrollment. Students currently enrolled also have the option of utilizing Parchment.

In addition to the option listed directly above, students graduating in 2001 and beyond also have the ability to request transcripts through Parchment.

The TUSD has a partnership with Parchment. Parchment is a digital credential service that connects learners to academic institutions and employers to issue, receive, and share credentials in simple and secure ways. Since 2003, Parchment has helped millions of people and thousands of schools and universities exchange more than 20 million transcripts and other credentials globally.

Valid identification will be required for all student records

• If anyone other than the student is picking up the transcript, the former student must authorize in writing the release of the record(s) and indicate to whom the record(s) is to be released. A valid photo identification of the student must accompany the receiver of the record(s).
• If transcripts are to be mailed to you or to schools, please make certain that the receiving address is correct and accurate.
