Community Facilities District Information

You can enter your assessor’s parcel number and obtain the current year’s tax amount, the property address, community facilities district number, and the final year of the tax.

Pursuant to Government Code 53343.2 (AB 1666), commencing with the fiscal year ending July, 1, 2017 certain annual and periodic reports must be posted on a website and available to the public. These reports can be found by navigating to the reporting section of the website which is located at www.specialtaxinfo.com/tustinusd/#reports.

Community Facilities District 88-1

Residents of Tustin Ranch, including those in the Ladera, Peters Canyon, and Pioneer communities, will see a reduction in their property tax bills. This decrease is due to the early payoff of Community Facilities District (CFD) 88-1. Ordinance No. 88-1-155, adopted at the Tustin Unified School District Board of Education meeting on October 14, 2024, officially dissolves Community Facilities District No. 88-1.
