Annual Data Confirmation
The Annual Online Registration process works as follows:
- A parent/guardian will log in to the Aeries Parent Portal and confirm the data we have in the Aeries database through the Aeries Annual Online Registration (Data Confirmation) system.
- Please make any selections or updates to the information and then click on Confirm and Continue to move to the next screen.
- You will be prompted through each screen and your information will be saved so that you can stop and start again as needed.
- On the last screen, you will be required to print the Data Confirmation/Signature Form, so be sure to have a printer available.
- Your student is required to bring this signed form to the Campus Registration on August 10 or 11 between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm along with any other required or optional forms you have printed from the Documents page.
- If you do not have access to a computer or printer, we have computers and printers available for your use from 7:30 to 3:00pm Monday through Friday.
