Tustin Unified School District Announces Kelly Morgan Assistant Principal of Orchard Hills School

Kelly Morgan has been named Assistant Principal of Orchard Hills School, effective July 1, 2026.  Ms. Morgan has been a part of the TUSD Family since 2006.  She has served as a math and literacy specialist, ELOP summer school teacher, Summer Scholars demonstration teacher and teacher at Peters Canyon.

“It has been my privilege to support the Orchard Hills Elementary teachers over this last year as the Math and Literacy Specialist,” shared Ms. Morgan.  “I am honored to have been selected as the new Orchard Hills Elementary Assistant Principal. I look forward to continuing to support our students’ success by partnering with families and staff to make a positive impact within our school community.”

As Orchard Hills Principal Mai Huynh shared, “We are excited to welcome Kelly Morgan as our new Elementary Assistant Principal.  Her success as our Math and Literacy Specialist and the strong connections she’s built with staff make her an outstanding addition to our leadership team.” 

Ms. Morgan earned her master’s degree in educational administration from Concordia University and her bachelor’s degree in child and adolescent studies from California State University, Fullerton.
