Tustin Unified School District Announces Arlene Magaña has been named Director, Fiscal Services

Arlene Magaña has been named Director, Fiscal Services, effective July 1, 2026. Ms. Magaña brings with her more than 20 years of experience in public education, having served as Director, Fiscal Services for both the Orange Unified School District and La Habra City School District. She has also served as supervisor, program budget analyst, accounting technician, and purchasing assistant with Anaheim Elementary School District.
“I’m excited to join the Tustin Unified team and be part of a district so clearly committed to students, staff, and community,” shared Ms. Magaña. “I look forward to bringing my experience, heart, and collaborative spirit to this role.”

Ms. Magaña holds associate's degrees in both business administration and interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis on social sciences from Fullerton Community College. She was previously honored as Classified Administrator of the Year by the California Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators and as Classified Employee of the Year by Anaheim Elementary School.
