TUSD Names Megan Galindo Principal Columbus Tustin Middle School
The Tustin Unified School District (TUSD) is excited to announce Megan Galindo as the new Principal of Columbus Tustin School. Mrs. Galindo was approved by the Board of Education to assume her new role on December 12, 2023.
Mrs. Galindo joined the TUSD Family in 2021, serving as Assistant Principal at Columbus Tustin Middle School, and Interim Principal at Sycamore Magnet Academy. She brings with her more than 13 years of experience in public education.
“I am deeply honored, humbled, and incredibly excited to continue serving the Columbus Tustin community in this new role,” explained Mrs. Galindo. “I look forward to working closely with our Bulldog students, staff, parents and community to create an educational environment that drives innovation, competitiveness and creativity. I want to thank the Tustin Unified School District and community for their continued support as we embark upon our future work together.”

We are confident that she will continue to lead Columbus Tustin with a commitment to student success, ensuring an environment that welcomes collaboration with the Bulldog community.”
Mrs. Galindo has her masters of science in reading and a bachelor of arts in liberal studies from California State University, Fullerton.
