Personnel Director Rafael Plascencia Named Central Office Administrator of the Year

Rafael Plascencia has been celebrated as a champion for education by the Orange County chapter of the California Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators (OC CALSA). Members of the OC CALSA Board surprised Dr. Plascencia with the news that he has been named Central Office Administrator of the Year. Dr. Plascencia was selected for his leadership in transforming classrooms, campuses and our community, the many ways in which he champions equity and leads with heart. Congratulations!
