Tustin-Santa Ana Rotary Club Sponsors “Good Idea Awards”
The Tustin-Santa Ana Rotary Club is sponsoring its 2018 “Good Idea Awards” contest for teachers and staff members in the Tustin Unified School District.
The annual program offers cash awards to individuals for the development of quality educational programs. Either a new concept or a supplement to an ongoing project is eligible for consideration.
The contest deadline is Friday, Dec. 15. A committee comprised of representatives from the school district and Rotary Club will review the proposals and select the winners. A total amount of $4,000 has been made available by the club to support instructional programs. Individual awards will vary in amount according to requirements of the proposed projects.
The awards will be presented at the Rotary Club luncheon meeting on Thursday, Feb. 1 at noon at the Tustin Ranch Golf Club, 12442 Tustin Ranch Road.
