Ladera Elementary has been selected as a 2013 Honor Roll school by the California Business for Education Excellence (CBEE) Foundation. Ladera has been recognized for demonstrating consistent high student academic achievement. The Honor Roll schools are consistently raising student achievement and have made significant progress toward closing the achievement gap among all students. They are recognized not only for their accomplishments, but so that other schools can learn and replicate the best practices of Honor Roll schools.  Click HERE for more information.

Yearbook Messages from the Heart

Layout and design is underway for the 2014/2015 Yearbook! The yearbook committee is offering a fun and heart-felt way to feature a photo of your child, along with a personal message from friends or family. All photos and messages must be submitted electronically by Thursday, April 2nd. Click HERE for ad options and form. All proceeds from the message ads will go to the Ladera PTO. 

 

Teacher of the Year Dinner

The Tustin Public Schools Foundation will honor the District's Teachers of the Year and all nominees at its Teachers of the Year Dinner on Friday, May 15th, at the Irvine Marriott Hotel. Ladera Preschool teacher, Bonnie Solomon, has been designated as the Teacher of the Year for our school. If you are interested in sponsoring a teacher's attendance at the event by paying for their ticket, please contact Carmel Cox. Click HERE for more information. 

 
60 Seconds with Dr. Pinto on State Testing

State assessments are coming up for 3rd, 4th and 5th Graders! Spend 60 seconds with our Principal on how your child can be more prepared for the very challenging upcoming assessments. Lost & Found

Lost and Found
Our Lost & Found is once again overflowing with jackets, lunch pails, and other student items. All of these items will be donated to charity during Spring Break next month, so please be sure to visit the front office before then to claim your child's belongings!
