The Tustin Unified School District has announced the following administrative appointments for the 2011-12 school year:

Vivian Choi has been appointed Coordinator, English Language Center.

Vivian has been in public education for six years – the past four as a Spanish teacher at Los Alamitos High School. She also taught Spanish at El Dorado High School in the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District. She is fluent in Spanish and Korean.

Heather Jenkins has been named assistant principal at Currie Middle School.

Heather has worked in public education for 14 years. For the past three years, she has served as a curriculum specialist in literacy and English language arts for the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools. Prior to that, she was a teacher at Upland High School, Upland Junior High School and Baldy View Elementary School in the Upland Unified School District.
