TUSD Nutrition Services Department Provides
Free Summer Meals to Community Children

The Tustin Unified School District Nutrition Services Department is providing free meals through the Seamless Summer Program, now through Aug. 31, at the Tustin Boys and Girls Club. Children 18-years-old and under can enjoy a free breakfast and lunch every weekday at the club. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Tustin Boys and Girls Club is located at 580 West 6th St.

Additionally, Beswick, Nelson and Veeh elementary schools will be offering free lunches to community children on the following dates: Beswick, 1362 Mitchell Ave. – Aug. 15 through 18 and Aug. 22 through 25; Nelson, 14392 Browning Ave. – August 9 through 26; and Veeh, 1701 San Juan – Aug. 9 through 25. Lunch will be served from 10:20 to 10:50 a.m. at the schools. Children will need to check in with the school office and eat their lunch at the school site.

The free meal programs are funded through the federal government’s National School Lunch Program.
