TUSD Celebrates Classified School Employees Week
The Tustin Unified School District will celebrate
Classified School Employees Week on May
16-20.
“Classified school employees play a vital role in providing the welfare and safety of our students,” Supt. Richard Bray said. “They provide valuable services to schools and students, and contribute to a positive instructional environment.” Schools throughout the District will hold activities and events honoring support service employees for their contributions to students, teachers and administrators. Classified school employees include secretaries, clerks, paraeducators (instructional aides), library staff, print shop operators, custodians, cafeteria helpers, grounds-keepers, maintenance workers, tradesmen, District warehouse and mail delivery employees and others.
