City of Tustin Renews Contract for Crossing Guard Posts

The City of Tustin has renewed its contract with All City Management Services Inc. for crossing guard posts throughout the city for the 2010-11 school year. In 2009, an analysis of the existing 31 crossing guard posts was conducted by the City and each of the posts received a category rating of 1, 2, 3 or 4. Crossing areas designated with a 4 were eliminated for the 2009-10 school year and will remain in effect this year.

Below is a map and list of each crossing area/intersection. Please carefully review them so you can become aware of these areas for this year. Also, please remind your children to obey the rules of the road, watch traffic to and from school, and walk in groups or with an adult if possible. Thank you.

La Ciudad de Tustin Renueva el Contrato
con los Puestos de Guardia en los Cruces de Calles

La Ciudad de Tustin  ha renovado su contrato con “All City Management Services Inc.” para los puestos de guardia en los cruces de calles a través de toda la ciudad para el año escolar 2010-11.  En 2009, un análisis sobre los 31 puestos de cruces existentes fue conducido por la Ciudad y cada uno de los puestos recibió una clasificación categórica de  1, 2, 3 o 4.  Las áreas de cruce designadas como 4 fueron eliminadas durante el año escolar  2009-10 y se mantendrán efectivas este año. 

Debajo está el mapa y la lista de cada  área o intersección de los cruces.  Por favor, revíselos  cuidadosamente, de esa forma estará advertido de esas áreas para este año. También, por favor, recuerde a sus niños que deben obedecer las reglas de tránsito, observar cuidadosamente el tráfico desde y hacia a la escuela, y caminar en grupos o con un adulto si fuera posible.
