TUSD Assistant Principal Appointments for 2010-11

The Tustin Unified School District has announced the following assistant principal appointments for the 2010-11 school year:

Joseph Garcia – Beckman High School.  Joseph has been in education for six years.  He has served as a high school biology teacher in the Walnut Valley Unified School District, Anaheim Union High School District and Garden Grove Unified School District.

Christa Glembocki – Utt Middle School.  Christa has been assistant principal at Columbus Tustin Middle School for the past three years.

Eric Mooney – Tustin High School.  Eric has worked in education for 12 years, most recently as an assistant principal and world geography teacher at Arroyo Valley High School in the San Bernardino City Unified School District.   He has also taught history, social studies and world geography at Yucaipa High School in the Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District and various high schools in New Jersey.

Josh Porter – Columbus Tustin Middle School.  Josh has been in education for five years – all with the Tustin Unified School District.   He has taught eighth-grade language arts, math, science and U.S. history at Utt School.  Earlier this year, he was named Utt Teacher of the Year.  Prior to Utt, he taught fourth grade at Thorman Elementary School.

Donald Rafter – Foothill High School.  Donald has worked in education for eight years.  He has been an algebra and pre-algebra teacher at Woodbridge High School in the Irvine Unified School District for the past seven years.  He also taught math for one year at Foothill.

Cindy Agopian – From principal of Tustin Memorial Academy to principal of Hicks Canyon Elementary School

Wendy Hudson – From principal of Red Hill Elementary School to principal of Tustin Memorial Academy

Will Neddersen – From principal of Veeh Elementary School to principal of Red Hill Elementary School

Nancy Jenkins – From principal of Guin Foss Elementary School to principal of both Guin Foss and Estock elementary schools

Ryan Bollenbach – From principal of Ladera Elementary School to principal of both Ladera and Veeh elementary schools
