TUSD Holds Summer Technology Institute for Teachers

The Tustin Unified School District is holding a Summer Technology Institute for TUSD teachers on June 22, 23 and 24.

K-12 teachers have the opportunity to attend the following professional development workshops: Beginners with Google Apps, Smartboard Intermediate/Advanced, Discovery Streaming, Document Camera Training and Polyvision Software. Teachers will learn how to effectively use these technologies with their standards-based curricula. There are currently 70 teachers enrolled in these voluntary trainings.

Also, this summer, Tustin Unified will continue the Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) training for K-8 teachers. These voluntary trainings are completely full.
