TUSD Announces Administrative Appointments for 2010-11

The Tustin Unified School District has announced several administrative appointments for the 2010-11 school year.

Rich Montgomery, principal of Hicks Canyon Elementary School, will become principal of the new Orchard Hills K-8 School, which is opening in the fall. Montgomery has served as principal of Hicks Canyon School for four years. He has been in education for 15 years.

Cindy Agopian, principal of Tustin Memorial Academy, has been named principal of Hicks Canyon School. Agopian has served as principal of TMA for 12 years. Prior to that, she was principal of Jeane Thorman Elementary School. She has worked in education for 30 years.

Wendy Hudson, principal of Red Hill Elementary School, has been selected as principal of Tustin Memorial Academy. Hudson has served as principal of Red Hill School for six years. She has been involved in education for 18 years – all in TUSD.

Will Neddersen, principal of Marjorie Veeh Elementary School, will take over as principal of Red Hill School. Neddersen has been principal of Veeh School for three years. Before that, he was assistant principal at Hewes School. He has worked in education for 13 years – all in TUSD.

Nancy Jenkins, principal of Guin Foss Elementary School, will assume duties as principal of both Guin Foss and Helen Estock elementary schools. Dr. Gail Levy, current principal of Estock School, is retiring in June. Jenkins has served as principal of Guin Foss School for nine years. She has been involved in education for 24 years.

Ryan Bollenbach, principal of Ladera Elementary School, will handle the principalships of both Ladera and Veeh schools. Bollenbach has been principal of Ladera School for three years. Prior to that, he was assistant principal at Hewes and Utt middle schools. He has worked in education for 11 years.

Christine Matos, principal of C.E. Utt Middle School, has been appointed principal of A.G. Currie Middle School. Matos has served as principal of Utt School for four years. Before that, she was principal of Thorman Elementary School. She has been in education for 16 years.

Tracey Vander Hayden, principal of Hewes Middle School, has been named principal of Utt Middle School. She has been principal of Hewes School for eight years. Prior to that, she was principal of Estock School. She has worked in education for 16 years.

Michelle Boudreaux, assistant principal at Foothill High School, has been selected as principal of Hewes Middle School. Boudreaux has served as assistant principal at Foothill for 13 years. Before that, she was assistant principal at Tustin High. She has been involved in education for 20 years – all in TUSD.
