Parent Rights

The Tustin Unified School District is committed to providing a free, appropriate public education for all students in the least restrictive environment. Placement and services for students with disabilities are assigned in accordance with a student's Individualized Education Program (I.E.P.), which is based on the student's unique needs.

A continuum of programs options is available, such as speech therapy, resource specialist program, or special day class. Students are insured of access to the general curriculum and participation in the general education environment, as appropriate. The Workability Program assists students in transitioning from high school to the world of work.
