High School, located on 29 acres, was originally named Tustin Union High
School because it served five elementary districts.
Tustin
High is the oldest school in Tustin, having opened in 1921. It was
rebuilt in 1956.

NTD Architecture presented Phases I, II and
III of the Tustin High School Master Plan at the Tustin Unified
School District Board of Education meeting on
Monday, August 25, 2008. The
presentation included general building concepts, cost and
timelines.
The first phases will include razing of the
current science building and the construction of the new science
center, which is similar in concept to the center at Foothill High
School.
