Facilities Planning and Construction

The Facilities Planning and Construction Department identifies the need for new schools, determines school site locations, and plans and constructs projects as approved by the Board of Education. Services include overseeing planning, new construction, major renovations, modernizations, and projects funded by Measure G, Measure L, and State matching funds.
